Why Reverse?

People I know have asked me what motivates me in my work as a loan officer.  The answer is the fulfillment I get knowing that I am helping my clients to improve their lives and to achieve their goals.  There are few jobs where you able help people with important life impacting decisions like this.  My clients bless me by inviting me into their lives and giving me the opportunity to help them reach their dreams.  That is what excites me every day!

I have had the pleasure of helping clients since 1990.  While I live in Southern California, as a broker I have helped clients throughout the entire state.  I do consider this a very personal business and I prefer to meet my clients in person.  I feel that benefits my clients by helping to ensure that I have a clear understanding of your needs and goals.

As I have searched for the best solutions available for my clients needs the Reverse Mortgage, now known as the HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage), has more often been found to be the best and most effective resource available.  It can be a wonderful tool to reduce monthly expenses and improve cash flow, extend the viability of retirement funds and it can be a source for additional monthly revenue or a source for credit line access.  All of this comes with the knowledge that the home is yours to live in with no mortgage principal and interest payments (you still must pay taxes, insurance, and HOA payments).  The HECM program can change lives for the better!
